returns and exchanges
Hand & Homemade does not offer order returns or exchanges. Our goal is for every customer to be delighted with their purchase and to enjoy our handmade crafts and apothecary goods.
Because we are a small business and all of our collections are thoughtfully curated with intention, we cannot offer returns unless the item has been damaged in the mail or arrives in a condition not described within the product listing. As each batch of items are handmade and can slightly vary, we strive to accurately depict each item by the product description, measurements, and photographs. This ensures you know exactly what you are receiving.
Please note that all items are final sale unless they are damaged upon arrival.
Digital goods are not eligible for cancellations or refunds.
If an order arrives damaged, please contact handandhomemadeblog@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
Please do not send back items without contacting us first.
- Eligible merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase in the mail.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping & packaging costs associated with returns. We kindly ask that you do not use plastic packaging for returns.
- Once shipped, the customer must send tracking for the return package to handandhomemadeblog@gmail.com.
- Refunds will be issued once we receive the package and verify the items are in their original condition. Refunds apply only to the merchandise cost, as shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please verify that your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for reshipping items if an incorrect address is provided, resulting in a return.
If a package is returned to us, we will contact you promptly. You can choose to receive a refund or pay for reshipping.
If the return is due to our error, we will resend the item at no extra cost.
lost and stolen packages
Hand & Homemade is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Once your order has been marked as “shipped” with a tracking number provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier regarding any issues.
If you are concerned about package theft, we offer Signature Confirmation Delivery, which you can choose from the shipping options at checkout.
